Launch of the DaVinci Gourmet Barista Craft Championship 2024
DaVinci Gourmet has announced the launch of the DaVinci Gourmet Barista Craft Championship 2024, targeting baristas from around the world including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Latin America.
Under the theme “United Through Coffee,” the competition aims to celebrate cultural diversity and innovation in coffee preparation. The championship comprises three stages:
- National Preliminary Round (June – August 2024): Participants submit a detailed recipe, preparation video, and photo of their coffee creation.
- National Finals (August – September 2024): Baristas prepare a series of espresso-based drinks, judged on technical preparation, flavor complexity, presentation, and innovation.
- Regional Finals (October 23-24, 2024, in Singapore): Finalists demonstrate their skills in practical tests, Latte Art, and a final presentation of their signature beverages.
Valuable Prizes
Winners will receive cash prizes up to $6,000 and a coffee experience trip to South Korea.
