- CARDAMOM

Positive effect of cardamom: soothes, strengthens the stomach, stimulates the spleen, green cardamom has a cooling effect (black cardamom has a warming effect). - CINNAMON

It is because of this that cinnamon is often added to lattes. However, you should not add more than a pinch of this spice to your coffee.
- GINGER
has a calming effect on the nervous system, helps relieve pain and spasms, stimulates the gastrointestinal tract. It also has a warming effect. Adding ginger to coffee softens the negative effects of caffeine, relieves headaches, and improves metabolism. An amazing property of ginger coffee is the elimination of apathy, lethargy, restoration of mental and physical strength. When brewing coffee, you can add a little ground ginger or a small piece of fresh root.
- NUTMEG
has a pungent, bitter and astringent taste with a sharp aftertaste. According to Ayurveda, it greatly warms the body. By the way, nutmeg is used to treat impotence, sexual disorders. Coffee with nutmeg is a fairly strong tonic. Such a drink strengthens memory and contributes to the normalization of brain activity, treats heart disease. However, do not forget that nutmeg is not recommended for use in large quantities. A small pinch will suffice for a cup of coffee.
- BLACK PEPPER

- BADIAN
or star anise has an incredible aroma and harmonizes perfectly with the aroma of coffee. Star anise strengthens and calms the nervous system, in combination with hot coffee it helps with colds, cures coughs, helps restore a hoarse or lost voice. Not the whole star should be added to coffee, but only a couple of grains.
Ayurveda recommends using different spices at different times of the year. For example, in spring and autumn, it is better to add a mixture of cloves, cardamom, ginger and turmeric to coffee.
