You have been leading Boncafé Middle East for nearly 20 years. What have been the key milestones in the company’s journey under your leadership?
Boncafé Middle East began its journey in 2003, and I joined the company in a finance role in 2004. We started with just five staff members, and today, we are part of Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, a global leader that owns brands like Boncafé and Segafredo. The journey has been nothing short of remarkable, fueled by a strong team and invaluable mentorship. Growth, for me, is more than just numbers—it is about people, innovation, and taking bold initiatives.

On International Women’s Day, Boncafé organizes events to highlight women’s contributions to the coffee sector. Why is this an important cause for the company, and how do you see women shaping the future of coffee?

Women play a crucial role in both the home and the workplace.
