Coffee’s Heart-Boosting Magic: Expert Prescribes It as an Antioxidant Elixir
In a recent interview with “Moscow 24,” renowned dietitian Elena Solomatina revealed the heart-healthy benefits of coffee, shedding light on its lesser-known properties.
“Coffee contains antioxidants, such as polyphenols found in red grapes, renowned for their beneficial effects. They play a vital role in maintaining the health of our cardiovascular system, shielding our heart and blood vessels from premature aging and the damaging effects of free radicals,” stated the expert.
Dr. Solomatina also emphasized that coffee is rich in vitamin PP, known for fortifying blood vessel walls.
While advocating for the consumption of this delightful brew, Dr. Solomatina recommended a moderate intake of no more than four cups per day.
