In a significant stride towards establishing Dubai as the new global hub for coffee, the DMCC Coffee Centre, a state-of-the-art facility located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone Area (JAFZA), has recently cemented its partnership with Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) as an In Country Partner (ICP). The collaboration aims to enhance the coffee industry in the region by focusing on quality improvement and fostering sustainable partnerships throughout the entire coffee value chain.

Established in 2019, the DMCC Coffee Centre has emerged as a crucial meeting point for global coffee producers and buyers, handling and processing over 11,500 metric tonnes (MT) of coffee to date. The facility is strategically positioned to connect the growing consumer markets in the Middle East and Europe with major coffee-producing nations like Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Uganda, and Vietnam.
