Coffee enthusiasts and industry professionals will have a unique opportunity to experience Thailand’s finest Arabica and Robusta coffees at a special tasting event hosted by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). This exclusive event is part of the World of Coffee Copenhagen 2024, held at the Bella Center Copenhagen.

Event Details:

The CQI will host a cupping event to showcase Thailand’s growing specialty coffee sector. Attendees will taste a variety of Arabica and Robusta coffees, each highlighting different processing methods and flavors. The event aims to promote the Q Project Thailand, an initiative designed to elevate the quality and international profile of Thai specialty coffees.

Event Highlights:

The featured coffees come from three cohorts of Thai coffee producers who have completed CQI’s comprehensive training programs. These programs, supported by Bolliger & Company (Thailand), various Thai government entities, and local coffee businesses, focus on post-harvest processing best practices and quality standards.

In addition to the cupping event, CQI will brew Thai coffees at their booth (CE 14B) throughout the World of Coffee Copenhagen show, providing further opportunities to explore the unique flavors and quality of Thai specialty coffees.
