Excessive Coffee Consumption May Reduce Body Activity

A Therapeutic Nutritionist warned against excessive coffee drinking, pointing out that too much of it lowers the level of activity of the body.

In detail, nutritionist Nurhan Nasser explained that despite knowing the importance of drinking coffee, which provides the body with energy, this drink has the opposite effects of this positive idea.

She explained that the reason for this is due to excessive consumption, or the addition of syrup, sugar or artificial sweeteners to it.

She noted that these added ingredients cause the activity level of the owner to decrease.

The expert advised drinking coffee in moderation in order to take advantage of its benefits for the body and mind.

You are advised to drink caffeine-free drinks at least 6 hours before bedtime if you have trouble sleeping, or suffer from insomnia.
