Scientists have said how much coffee you need to drink to live longer

During the study, scientists were able to establish the exact number of cups of coffee that you need to drink daily to reduce the risk of premature death.

The experiment took place for 11 years, during which time scientists found that those who drank three cups of coffee every day had a 12% lower risk of premature death. There was also an association with the consumption of this volume of coffee and an improvement in overall health indicators. In particular, it was found that the people participating in the study had a 17% reduced risk of dying from heart disease and a 21% reduced risk of stroke.

One of the authors of the study, Dr. Pal Maurovich-Horvath, said that scientists used MRI to analyze the effect of regular coffee consumption on the structure and function of the heart. “We found that regular coffee consumption in moderation is good for heart health, and suggested that it may slow down its age-related changes,” he explained.
