The Specialty Coffee Association UAE, in collaboration with the World of Coffee Dubai, is thrilled to announce the commencement of registrations for the much-anticipated 2024 UAE National Barista & Latte Art Championship. Aspiring competitors have until December 19, 2023, to secure their spot in this prestigious event that celebrates the artistry and skill of coffee professionals.

Registration is a simple two-step process. Competitors are required to complete the registration form and submit essential documents through the provided link in the event’s bio. The required documents vary for UAE nationals and expatriates:

UAE Nationals Requirements:

• Passport copy
• Specialty Coffee Association Membership

Expats Requirements:

• Passport Copy
• UAE Visa Copy (Old and new, demonstrating 2 years of UAE residency)
• Specialty Coffee Association Membership

All submitted documents will undergo a thorough review, and competitors will be selected based on completeness and validity. Confirmed participants will receive an official confirmation form via email.

It’s essential to note that there is an enrollment fee of AED 1500 for participants. The competition will adhere to the stringent rules and regulations outlined by the World Coffee Events (WCE) Criteria, ensuring a fair and standardized judging process.
