The Youth Academy, powered by Simonelli Group, is designed as a “glocal” platform that combines local engagement with global industry exposure. It targets individuals aged 18 to 30, including both entry-level enthusiasts and those already working in coffee-related roles. Six applicants will be selected to receive a full scholarship covering the entire training program. The curriculum includes:
